New fabrics, dog clothes, and more...
We've been busy bees lately -- I just added quite a few new woven fabrics, mostly colorgrown (some perfect for upholstery, including gorgeous intricate patterns). (Organic birdseye is back in stock too, finally!) We also added six new stretch jerseys, in beautiful sophisticated colors. This is just a beginning, though -- we're expecting a shipment of amazing organic fabrics knit in Denmark this week. You'll love these, with some stunning coordinates. We were thrilled with the swatches we saw, and can't wait to get the fabrics themselves. I'll try to have them on the site within the next couple of weeks. Expect more laces, too, and a nice selection of other fabrics as well as some great merchandise. I could work on adding items round-the-clock without ever running out, it seems!
On a different note, Barbara made a great sweater for Spike, which you can see to the right. She writes:
I wanted to let you know my little pooch has a new organic sweater. Made from your fabrics. The body is color grown brown jersey from my larger dog's "old sweater" (recycled fabric). The lining (I double all my sweaters) is the Hemp/Cotton rib knit. The heart is both your natural french terry and the wonderful Natural Velour, mmm. I also want to add that the trim ribbing is your Natural Pointelle . This makes wonderful finishing ribbing for sweaters and sweatshirts (I made myself one out of a mix of many of your fabrics) and the Pointelle holds up better than the regular ribbing and also keeps its shape longer.Thanks for providing all your customers with the most beautiful organic fabrics. Can you tell I am one of your biggest fans?
