At NearSea Naturals, our commitment to providing high-quality, delightful sustainable fabrics enables you - home sewists, designers, and green businesses alike - to craft with confidence. We appreciate the trust you place in us, and work every day to deserve it.

Know that we:

• Focus on US-made fabrics, working to revive the US textile industry with our new American Grown•Spun•Milled initiative
  


• Only offer undyed or low-impact-dyed fabrics (and have a wonderful collection of colorgrown cottons, where the cotton actually grows in shades of brown or green)
  


• Source only eco-friendly fabrics and notions (and no greenwashing either - we won't sell "eco-friendly bamboo fabric" until and unless the process to make it is truly sustainable)


• Offer a special line of organic cotton fabrics - the ML Marsh Collection: Organic Designer Fabrics - created by a designer, for designers (but yes, non-designers can use it too!)


• Reduce our carbon footprint with a location in Asheville, NC, centrally located to what remains of the domestic textile industry (see our press release)


• Are able to produce fabrics, from thread to finishing, within 100 miles of that location


• Think everyone should "go green for the whole nine yards!" ... and we work to make that both possible and enjoyable, too
