With the color varations characteristic of a well-done batik, this chocolate-brown wide-width sateen is absolutely stunning! Hand-batiked by the wonderful folks at The Fiberactive Quilt Company, this glorious fabric is a NearSea Naturals exclusive. It comes in three-yard increments only, as that's the size that they're batiking for us, and that turns out to be a good amount for all sorts of marvelous creations. This makes gorgeous duvet covers, pillowcases, curtains, tablecloths, napkins, skirts, sundresses, and so very much more. Don't forget that you get the equivalent of two yards of 55"-wide fabric for each yard of 110" wide fabric.

The modified batik process is performed using low-immersion dyes and the water is reclaimed. No wax is used.
