With a feel and a drape that you won't find in any other fabric, this intricately knit organic wool/organic cotton crepe is absolutely gorgeous. It's irresistible to touch and look at, and it makes astonishingly breathtaking wardrobe pieces. (Willie's begged for T-shirts made from this crepe, but they'd be so much more than a normal T-shirt; they'd be the high-end, $300/piece custom T-shirt that fashion designers sell to people who shop at slightly different stores than I tend to...)

Minimally stretchy, with a fine knit that's softer than you could have imagined; you'll choose this interlock for everything from formal business attire to luxurious "play clothes" for adults (sweatshirts, sportswear, etc). Take advantage of the beautiful drape by making classic pants, gorgeous skirts and dresses, and so much more.

At 7.8 ounces per linear yard, the fabric weighs 4 ounces per square yard. The organic merino wool is from Australia, the organic cotton is from China, and the fabric is knit in a small, socially-responsible, Fair-Trade Certified boutique factory in China, where employees are both treated and compensated fairly.

Dry-cleaning is recommended, although careful hand-washing and possibly even very gentle machine-washing might work. Do expect a bit of shrinkage when not dry-cleaning, though.
