Never let it be said you don't learn anything reading our fabric descriptions! This distinctive fabric is made up of deeply colored ribbons with a wavy, water-like pattern and a border of interconnected half-circles that's as sweet as the edges of ribbon candy. These 2.5"-wide ribbons are separated by almost 1.5"-wide plain white stripes. The stripes run parallel to the selvage.
