Soft to the touch, with a wonderful look and feel, this rib knit is a classic addition to your fabric stash and will be so at home in your wardrobe. Wonderful to sew with, and the results are absolutely glorious. You'll reach for this great material for shirts, pants, shorts, pajamas, baby clothing (it's great for layette basics like baby gowns, snap Ts, and the like), and so much more.

Almost 100% stretch means this fabric can be used as ribbing too, so it's a wonderful accent on many different pieces: great for collars, cuffs, etc.

Tubular, so the fabric is 30" wide uncut or 60" wide when cut. I love tubular fabrics; they're so useful. You can make bags, T-shirts, and things like that taking advantage of their tubularness (no, that's not a word, but it should be), or you can cut it open along one of the folds and it's just like any other fabric.

At 9.6 ounces per linear yard, the fabric is 5.2 ounces per square yard. It matches our Smoky Grey Jersey, for greater versatility.
