Deep black and and nicely soft, this is a marvelous example of an interlock for which you'll find so many uses. It's heavy enough to add a great layer of warmth, stretchy enough for comfort (about 50% stretch), dark enough for sophistication, and perfect enough to be just right even for Goldilocks.

This interlock is wonderful for baby clothes and blankets, for kid items (great for T-shirts, both short- and long-sleeved, and knit pants), and of course for adult wear (camisoles, shirts, skirts, the ubiquitous Little Black Dress, shorts, pajamas, and so much more). It's also good for gift bags, small stuffed animals, and other craft projects.

At 10.3 ounces per linear yard, this fabric is 6.6 ounces per square yard. It is, of course, colored with low-impact fiber-reactive dyes (just like all of our dyed fabrics).
