This soft white sateen fabric has so many wonderful possibilities. At 115" wide, it is like you are getting two yards of fabric for the price of one -- and wide-width fabric is so very useful when sewing larger items, too!

This splendid material can be used to make men's formal shirts, women's skirts and jackets, pajamas, little kid clothes, light baby blankets... People in the know also choose our wide-width sheeting for backing quilts, making both adult and crib bedding, sewing tablecloths and napkins, and so much more!

At 12.4 ounces per linear yard, this sateen weighs about 3.9 ounces per square yard. It is woven in the United States from certified organic cotton and sustainably whitened using hydrogen peroxide.

Please note that if you have ordered this fabric in the past, this roll has not been whitened to a pure white as our previous rolls. If you have received a swatch before December 2012, we recommend you request a current swatch.
