Standing on the Florida coast looking out at the ocean, it's amazing how many different colors can be seen. This fascinating fabric, made from organic cotton and specially knit for the visual impact, is one of those shades.

Made with a needle-out knit design for extra texture, this is essentially a 6x1 doubleknit. It's a wonderfully thick and cozy bottom-weight rib knit, great for jackets, skirts, pants, slightly thicker tops, and more. I also see it working very well for shawls for spring and fall comfort. If you enjoy working with knit fabrics (I do!), it'd be great for baby blankets, infant gowns, and so much more.

Enjoy approximately 75% stretch and great recovery, making this material so very versatile. It's also available in colors -- see our Georgia Red, North Carolina Natural, and Texas Midnight. Knit in the US, using certified organic cotton. Like all of our colored fabrics, it is dyed using low-impact fiber-reactive dyes.
