After you have been approved you will have access to our wholesale site, which, although it is still under construction, will give you lots of information about the fabrics available and the pricing. Please contact us directly about availability and lead times. Depending on when you order, fabrics may be in production and could have a lead time of 4-6 weeks. We will soon be adding more fabrics as well as some notions.

We ship wholesale within the US and Canada only.

The minimum wholesale order is one roll of fabric, which is generally about 50 yards but some thinner fabrics could be as high as 80 yards per roll. Not all of our fabrics are offered wholesale. When you are using the retail site to request swatches be sure to look for the fabrics that mention wholesale in the fabric description. You can also put wholesale or continuity in the site search. We offer swatch packets of the wholesale/continuity fabrics. Look in the menu under 'Swatches'

We always hope to have the wholesale fabrics available but sometimes we will remove a fabric from the wholesale list if we have problems with availability, consistency and /or quality. When this happens we will no longer say it is a wholesale fabric in the fabric description and we will remove it from the continuity swatch packets.

Wholesale purchases are not returnable. Please note that organic and natural fabrics can and do vary from roll to roll, depending on many factors involving how the fibers are grown and processed, including the rainfall and other climate conditions from season to season. Occasional flaws, seams, and/or snags are to be expected, and rarely affect the usability of more than a yard or two in the entire roll. We cannot offer refunds for these instances, but the discount we offer for these full-roll purchases is generally more than enough to make up for any lost usability.

Pricing is subject to change without notice, just as the prices the mills charge us occasionally change without notice. Shipping costs are extra. Full rolls that are destined for a non-US address will need to be sent using your corporate FedEx or UPS account. The rolls are oversized and quite heavy, and shipping costs may be considerable.
